Job Description
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our business goals. You'll be a master of multiple online channels, with a knack for crafting compelling content and staying ahead of the latest digital trends.
Responsibilities:
Planned, developed, and executed comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, content marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Create engaging and informative content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience.
Manage and optimize social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve our website's organic search ranking.
Analyze website traffic, social media engagement metrics, and campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies to improve our online presence.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and interpret marketing data.
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, graphic design software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
