We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive's schedule (meetings, appointments, travel)
Coordinate communication (emails, phone calls, inquiries)
Prepare and attend meetings (agendas, minutes, logistics)
Draft and edit documents (letters, reports, presentations)
Organize and maintain records and filing systems
Arrange travel (accommodations, transportation, meals)
Manage office supplies and equipment
A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or a related role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Discretion and confidentiality
