Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operational Manager to play a vital role in optimizing our day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, from streamlining processes and ensuring quality to leading and motivating our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of operations professionals.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards.
Oversee inventory management and procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
Report on operational performance metrics and identify trends.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
