Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our firm and play a key role in all aspects of architectural projects, from initial conception to final construction.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for new buildings, renovations, and restorations, ensuring they meet client needs, functional requirements, and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to translate ideas into detailed plans and specifications.
Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that prioritize energy efficiency and environmental impact.
Create high-quality construction documents, including architectural drawings, 3D models, and project specifications.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any concerns.
Stay current with the latest building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural firm. Proven experience in all phases of architectural design, from concept development to construction administration.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for creativity, innovation, and sustainable design.
