Responsibilities:
Arrange appointments, meetings, and travel.
Maintain an accurate schedule and ensure timely reminders.
Answer phones professionally and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage email inquiries, compose replies, and forward messages as needed.
Draft letters, presentations, reports, and other documents according to instructions.
Proofread and edited documents for accuracy and clarity.
Maintain a filing system (physical or electronic) for important documents.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Order necessary supplies and maintain inventory.
Provide general administrative support to the office.
Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Organizing and managing events, such as conferences, meetings, and client functions.
Diploma in marketing or related field.
Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken).
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of additional office software (e.g., database management) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
