We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric call center agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support for our services. You will answer their questions, address their concerns, and work towards resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Actively listen to customer needs and concerns to identify the root cause of issues.
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products or services.
Effectively troubleshoot problems and offer solutions that leave customers satisfied.
Build rapport and maintain a positive and professional demeanor with every interaction.
Upsell or recommend additional products/services when appropriate.
Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling calls.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Diploma or equivalent.
1 year experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in using computers and common call center software.
