Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team!
In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across various social media platforms, helping us connect with our target audience and achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
Create high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including text posts, images, infographics, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform's specific audience and best practices.
Stay up-to-date on current social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) and adjust content strategies to improve performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
Identify and research trending topics and industry news relevant to our brand and audience to create informative and engaging content.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive brand interactions.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience creating and managing social media content for a brand or agency.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their unique dynamics and algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content in various formats.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop fresh and innovative content ideas.
Analytical skills to interpret social media data and identify areas for improvement.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for social media and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
