Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and guests warmly and professionally.
Answer phones courteously and efficiently, screen calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and confirm meetings with staff.
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Provide general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
