Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our growing team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support for our services. You will answer their questions, address their concerns, and work towards resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.

  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

  • Gather relevant information to accurately identify customer needs and issues.

  • Offer clear, concise, and accurate information about our services.

  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using available resources and knowledge.

  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction is met.

  • Build rapport with customers by communicating in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner.

  • De-escalate and manage difficult situations with patience and understanding.

  • Exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to provide exceptional service.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

  • Continuously learn and develop your skills through ongoing training and self-directed learning.


Job Requirement

  • Diploma in marketing or related field 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information and engage in active listening.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in using computers and common office software applications.

  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
