We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day tasks, contributing to marketing campaigns, and helping the team achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
Research and collect data for market analysis and competitor research.
Assist in the development and creation of marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters).
Schedule and manage social media posts and content across various platforms.
Assist with email marketing campaigns by creating email lists, crafting email copy, and managing email automation tools.
Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics.
Assist with event planning and logistics for marketing events.
Monitor brand mentions and online reputation.
Perform administrative tasks in support of the marketing team (e.g., filing, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations).
Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing management role
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Detail-oriented and meticulous with good proofreading skills.
A basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation is a plus.
