We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team of call center representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, resolving inquiries, and processing transactions. You will also be responsible for upholding our company's values and mission by providing a positive and helpful experience for each customer.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and inquiries.
Research and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Process transactions, such as orders, payments, and returns.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Build rapport with customers and create a positive brand experience.
Diploma or equivalent.
1 year experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Typing skills.
Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
