Job Description
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be key in supporting our financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting, analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential risks.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Liaise with external auditors during the audit process.
Perform other financial tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
