We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be a key team member, vital in keeping our employees productive and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT issues and resolutions.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Assist with user training on new technologies and software.
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
