We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team and provide vital support to our daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars and schedules for staff and meetings.
Process invoices and other financial documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Answer phone calls and inquiries professionally.
Greet visitors and manage reception duties (if applicable).
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
Draft and send emails, letters, and other documents.
Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
Office Management:
Order and manage office supplies.
Maintain office equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field.
