Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

• Answer customer questions about products and services.

• Assist customers with finding items and completing purchases.

• Bag or package purchases neatly and efficiently.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.

• Cash Handling:

• Count and verify cash drawer funds at the beginning and end of shift.

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and according to company procedures.

• Make correct changes and provide receipts to customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

• Other Duties:

• May assist with stocking shelves, cleaning the workspace, and other tasks as needed.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Report any safety hazards or concerns to a supervisor.
