Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive profitable growth for our company. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with clients, and securing new business opportunities through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Lead Generation:

    • Research and identify potential new markets and business opportunities.

    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies (e.g., cold calling, networking, attending industry events).

    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and budget.

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

  • Client Relationship Building and Sales Presentations:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

    • Deliver impactful sales presentations that showcase the value of our products or services.

    • Address client concerns and objections effectively.

  • Proposal Development and Negotiation:

    • Develop and submit compelling proposals that meet client needs and objectives.

    • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Contract Management and Onboarding:

    • Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to finalization.

    • Onboard new clients and ensure their smooth transition to using our products or services.

  • Competitive Analysis and Market Tracking:

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

    • Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track sales performance and forecast future revenue.

    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
