Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:

- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify talent needs and develop solutions.
- Stay current on HR best practices and emerging trends.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hire.
- Develop and implement effective employee referral programs.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.
- Onboard new hires and ensure their smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Manage employee grievance and disciplinary processes.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll and benefits regulations.
- Manage employee leaves and time off requests.
- Compliance and Training:
- Develop and implement training programs on HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
