We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online lead generation).
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and budget.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Building and Sales Presentations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Deliver impactful sales presentations that showcase the value of our products or services.
Address client concerns and objections effectively.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals and secure orders within established timelines.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and submit quotes and proposals.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Assist with customer service inquiries and issues.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
