We are seeking a passionate and resourceful IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure systems, and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:

• Respond to user inquiries and requests through various channels (phone, email, ticketing system).

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.

• Resolve IT issues remotely or on-site, depending on the situation.

• Document resolved issues and maintain accurate records.

• Escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel when necessary.

• System Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Apply security patches and updates to ensure system integrity.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

• Perform routine backups and data recovery procedures.

• User Education and Training:

• Provide basic IT training to users on new software and technology.

• Assist users with adapting to new workflows and processes.

• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work effectively with colleagues from other departments to resolve IT issues.

• Communicate clearly and concisely with users to explain technical concepts.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with users.
