We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities
Schedule and arrange appointments, meetings, and travel for executives or teams.
Manage calendars and keep track of deadlines.
Prepare documents, such as letters, reports, presentations, and emails.
Proofread and edited documents for accuracy and clarity.
File and maintain records.
Answer phones and screen calls.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
Order office supplies and equipment.
Maintain office equipment and technology.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Diploma or equivalent in business administrative or related
2-4 years of administrative or secretarial experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Typing skills of at least 50 words per minute
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
