We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and providing support to staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering as needed.
Schedule meetings and appointments for staff, including booking conference rooms and travel arrangements.
Oversee the reception area, greeting visitors and answering phones.
Manage office technology, including troubleshooting basic issues and coordinating with IT support.
Process invoices and expense reports.
Maintain office filing systems and records.
Coordinate office events and activities.
Provide administrative support to staff, such as copying, faxing, and scanning documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
