Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (phone, email, networking, referrals).
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Present product or service features and benefits compellingly and persuasively.
Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Manage customer accounts by providing ongoing support and resolving any issues.
Generate sales reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
