We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the company's finances, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Record and process all financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements.
Prepare financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and track progress toward goals.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2-4 years of experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Oracle Financials.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
