We are seeking a passionate and strategic Human Resource Manager who will play a crucial role in our organization, overseeing all aspects of employee relations and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The employee will lead and direct the daily operations of the HR department, from recruitment and hiring to payroll and benefits administration. Additionally, will partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that attract and retain top talent, foster employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibility
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Recruitment: Attracting and hiring top talent through effective job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems, providing feedback, and coaching employees to reach their full potential.
Training and Development: Creating and delivering training programs to improve employees' knowledge and abilities.
Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of trust and respect.
Enforcing company policies and procedures: Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, handling disciplinary actions, and investigating violations.
Employee engagement: Implementing initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and engagement with the company's goals.
Strategic Planning and Compliance:
Workforce planning: Analyzing future staffing needs and developing strategies to attract and retain talent.
Legal compliance: Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, and ensuring the company's policies and practices comply.
Talent analytics: Utilizing data to understand workforce trends, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions about HR practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field,
4-5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in HR software and technology.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
