Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients, managing their care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' health conditions, including vital signs, physical symptoms, and mental status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
Document patient care accurately and comprehensively.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor or diploma in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
