We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth for our service line. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, developing and presenting persuasive sales proposals, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop leads for new and existing clients.
Qualify leads to assess potential and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
Present and demonstrate company products or services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing sales and satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Prepare proposals and quotes for clients.
Process orders and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Stay up-to-date on competitor offerings and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Proficiency in sales prospecting and lead generation techniques.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
