We seek a highly motivated and customer-centric Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Answer and handle inbound calls from customers courteously and professionally.
Listen actively and identify customer needs and concerns.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming to achieve first-call resolution.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate.
Document call details and customer interactions accurately and concisely.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services.
Maintain high levels of quality and performance by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Diploma in marketing or related fields
1-2 years experience as a call center agent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations calmly and professionally.
