Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by processing transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a clean and inviting checkout area.
Responsibilities:Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
Process payments using cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Issue change and receipts.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Replenish stock and keep shelves organized.
Report discrepancies and cash shortages to the manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Diploma in accounting or related field
1-2 years of experience in related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Basic math skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Friendly and outgoing personality
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
