We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource (HR) Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development. They will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct performance reviews and provide employees with feedback and development opportunities.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficient in HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
