Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and mail
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
  • Maintain and update calendars and schedules
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
  • Handle travel arrangements for team members
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support


    Job Requirement

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field
    • 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or a related role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent written and verbal English skills
