As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure. You will provide technical support to our employees, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and install and configure new equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining our network security and ensuring that our systems are up to date with the latest software patches and security updates.
