Addis Buildcon PLC seeks a customer-focused and results-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will play a vital role in building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a calm and courteous manner
Listen carefully to customer concerns and identify the root cause of the issue
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
Upsell additional products and services to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Meet call volume and quality metrics
Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Diploma in marketing and related fields
Less than a year experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
