Addis Buildcon PLC seeks a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team and help us generate new leads and close deals.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for new leads through outbound cold calls and emails
Qualify leads and determine fit for our products and services
Build relationships with potential customers
Present our products and services to potential customers
Close deals and generate revenue
Track your progress and meet sales quotas
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Less than a year of experience in inside sales
understanding of sales principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
