Job Description
Arada FM is searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The social media manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a strategy for the company’s social media channels (eg, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, and Linkedin) that reflects targets, content types, publishing strategy and best trends.
- Work with content production team to provide the content requirements for social media pages
- Plan, create, publish, report, and share new content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) daily and upon the business need that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Digital strategies and planning
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Create a digital strategy for MENABloom and MENABloom’s client.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Content strategies and planning
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Create content strategies for social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn)
- Create content planning for social media channels in all types of content. (Scripts for video, infographic, or news that cover all company and client needs in the English language).
- Create content storyboard and script for relative Tech and Digital finance shows that are shot with experts and influencers.
- Producing content for the influencer marketing campaigns and supervising their production process. Monitor and analysis:
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Monitors social media accounts for company and MENABloom’s clients.
- Monitors competitors’ accounts on social media and social media trends.
- Publishing content:Set up and maintain a content calendar publishing plan for all social media platforms highlighting the targeted deliverables.
- Publish, and share new content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) daily and upon the business need that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Team working: Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce content that generates results
- Supervising the translation and content creation of MENABloom’s website.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
