- Stay updated with product updates and new features to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and usage guidelines to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to our digital financial solutions.
- Provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to customers to resolve technical problems.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
